2. Does 411CC support PayPal ?

Yes, 411CC does support PayPal.

3. Does 411CC Supports Real Time Credit Card Transactions ?

Sure thing.

4. Can I purchase customization services AFTER ordering 411CC ?

If you have purchased 411CC without ordering additional services, you can always purchase the services later. Customization is done in 10 - 14 days.

5. Which payment gateways does 411CC support ? And which do you recommend ?

411CC is integrated with Linkpoint "Cards Service International" and Paypal. We also support manual check processing and the system is integrated with printable fax order forms, gift certificates and reward points payments.

6. I already have a merchant account. Is it possible to use it with 411CC ?

Yes, it is possible. Please contact us for more details. Currently we only support linkpoint, but we can customize the software to support your merchant gateway.

7. Can you incorporate this software into my existing website ?

Yes you can. 411CC can be easily integrated with any look and layout. Contact us if you need more details.

8. I want to keep the same 'look' through the whole website. Is it possible to integrate 411CC with my look and feel ?

411CC is based on PHP Smarty templates that can be edited to alter 411CC's look in any way. 411CC has a built-in templates editor which allows you to easily edit the templates.

9. If I purchase one 411CC package, can I set it up at more than one web site ?

No, this is not possible. You will need to purchase a license for each site you build with 411CC. You'll get a significant discount on all 411CC licenses purchased after the first one.

10. What service package would I need from Authorize.NET to use their credit card processing services in 411CC ?

Currently, 411CC doesn't support Authorize.net.

11. After issuing payment, how soon do I get 411CC ?

If you order the 411CC package, you get your ready to go site in 7-10 business days after ordering. If you order the Customized package, the exact delivery deadline depends on the amount of requested custom changes.

12. Does 411CC support different pricing levels for different user groups ?

Yes, the shopping cart software does support different pricing levels for different user groups. You can have unlimited number of customer groups. You can assign a group to a customer, then define custom pricing for each customer group.

13. Do I need to be an experienced developer in order to install 411CC myself ? Do I need HTML knowledge ? Do I need PHP knowledge ?

We install 411CC for you on our servers. This included in the price. You don't have to know HTML and PHP. PHP knowledge is only required if you want to modify the source code of the cart "which is not recommended". HTML knowledge is only required if you want to modify the look of the cart.

14. There are so many hosting services over the Internet so I find it difficult to choose which one to use. Can you recommend some hosting services that are fully compatible with 411CC?

We don't allow the installation of our software on other servers. 411CC is only installed on our servers. Please read Hosting Data to know more about our outstanding hosting providers.

15. I have several different domain names pointing to the same site. Do I need to purchase several licenses ?

If you have several different domain names pointing to the same site with the same content, 1 license will be enough.

16. What is PHP ? What is PHP 4 ?

PHP (http://www.php.net) is a popular server-side scripting language distributed for free. PHP is de-facto standard for modern web hostings. Most of web hostings support PHP. PHP4 stands for "PHP version 4". 411CC is written in PHP4 server-side scripting language. This makes 411CC highly portable and customizable.

17. What is MySQL ?

MySQL (http://www.mysql.org/) is an open-source robust SQL database engine. 411CC uses it to store product information.

18. What is Smarty ?

Smarty is a free open-source template engine written in PHP. In fact, Smarty is one of the best template engines available. 411CC uses it to provide 411CC Store Owners with access to unlimited customization of look and layout. 19. My credit card processing gateway is not present in the list of supported gateways. What can I do to make 411CC support my CC processing gateway ?

20. Is it possible to change the currency/weight symbol ?

Yes, you can define currency/weight symbols in the administration section under "General settings" menu.

21. Does 411CC support configurable language files ?

Yes. There are several predefined languages shipped with 411CC. For the moment they are English is the complete language. French, German and Swedish are available but still uncomplete. If you need another language you can easily translate 411CC to it yourself. You can do it in two ways. The first one is to modify all labels and text from the admin interface. The other is to export language file in .csv format, edit it with plaintext editor or any editor capable of editing .csv files such as Excel, and import it back as a new language.

22. Once I decide to purchase 411CC, how do I get it ?

23. Is it possible to add options to my products (ie. sizes ,colors, etc. other) ?

Yes, you can add unlimited number of product options to any of your products. Supported product option types are drop-down options and text area options. Drop-down options can be assigned a price modifier (flat-fee or percent of original product cost). Text area options can be used to allow your customers to add text information with their order. For example, they can add a text they want to be engraved on their gift.

24. Does 411CC allow sale of e-goods? In other words is software sold for download only (no shipping) ?

Yes, this feature is supported by our 411CC. Our shopping cart software can send a customer a link to a special download URL. The URL is unique for each order and it is valid for a limited amount of time.

25. Does 411CC support sub-categories ?

Yes, our shopping cart software does support sub-categories, sub-sub-categories and so on.

26. Can I use Microsoft FrontPage / Macromedia Dreamweaver to edit my 411CC pages ?

No it's impossible. You will need HTML knowledge to edit 411CC templates. The templates can be edited using the built-in template editor. However, you can create your design in any editor, then integrate the resulting HTML code with 411CC or just ask us to perform the design integration.

27. Are the licenses offered on a per domain or per server basis?

The licenses are offered on a per domain basis. Please read the License agreement.

28. If I buy 411CC now, how many updates can I have for free in the future?

If you purchase 411CC, you will have 3 months of all new releases of 411CC.

29. I like your demo. Is this how the cart looks before any customization ?

After we install 411CC on our server with all the design customization you want, the cart will look exactly as the demo with a new look.

30. My products need to have a larger picture -POSTER- in addition to the thumbnail. Does 411CC support both thumbnails and larger pictures ?

With 411CC, every product can have one thumbnail and unlimited number of additional product images.
